Our RV will smell fresh and will be provided to you in very clean condition with a full tank of gas and propane plus empty fresh, gray and black water tanks. It will have been sanitized and cleaned with an additional Ozone/UV Generator used between rentals to remove all odors while killing bacteria and viruses. This Ford E450 runs on 10 cylinders with 305 hp, is fuel injected and a 5 Speed Automatic. At 32 feet, this Triton V10 will have no problem driving you across the varied terrain found in Alaska. It is a non-smoking and pet-free rental that comes equipped as standard with the following:
A fully furnished separate bedroom and upper bunk bedding area which includes:
2- queen sized mattresses with covered protectors to reduce allergens
2- 4” ventilated memory foam mattress toppers with cooling gel infusion that is CertiPUR-US Certified for a wonderful night’s sleep
2 – comprehensive queen-size quilt sets (washed)
2- extra soft and warm queen-sized blankets (washed)
8 - pillows with pillowcases (washed)
2 – deep pocket, luxury soft, microfiber bed sheet sets (washed)
Accordion door to separate master bedroom space from cabin
Two people can sleep in the back bedroom, two can sleep in the upper bunk and two people can sleep in reclining chairs. If you need actual beds for six people this would not be the motorhome to rent but if you are flexible with sleeping arrangements and don't mind recliners, it easily sleeps six people.

4 - rolls of RV friendly toilet paper

Additional Agreements:
This unit is rented for driving on paved roads only; driving on gravel or sand roads can create unnecessary wear to the unit but occasional side roads are okay. If the unit smells like smoke (cigarette, marijuana, etc.) there will be an additional $3500 charge for the professional grade cleaning of mattresses, couch, dinette set, and walls.
Pick Up Time is 3 PM and Drop Off Time is 5 pm. We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released after we clean the RV.
Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3 PM, if available, it will be an additional $25/hr for every hour before 3PM. For instance, if you would like to pick the RV up at 12PM, that will be an additional $75 (12PM is 3 hours before 3 PM. 3 hrs x $25/hr).
Similarly, if you return the RV after 12 pm, you will be charged $25/hr for any additional hour after noon. For instance, if you decided to drop the RV off at 3 pm, that will be an additional $75 (3 PM is 3 hours after 12 PM. 3hrs x $25/hr).
If you drop off the RV after 5PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax; unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions, including medical emergencies or accidents, as your delay in returning the unit, even if unintentional, could create a situation where we have lost our next customer.
