Mr. Berry's BBQ is a restaurant and we also offer catering. We offer pick up, drop and full service catering. What does this mean? It means we can bring the party to you. We can cook and prepare all the food right at your event. This allows for more flexibility for our clients. We believe that we are the best company for the job,no matter how big or how small. We have over ten years experience in the grocery retail business as a meat cutter. There are certain things you must know in order to cut meat. Such as time and temperature. Temperature for proper cooking of each and every cut of meat. Temperature also for the storage and handling of raw meat. Also proper technique for cutting meat before and after it is cooked. If meat is not properly cut you forget about it being tender. One of the best things about being a former butcher is we can easily pick and identify the best cuts. Therefore passing it on to the client. Mr. Berry's is hidden in an industrial business park. So it might get over looked. It is must place to visit. They have some menu items you can't find everywhere. And for your sweet tooth they have a DEEP FRIED Cheese Cake, served with this sauce called Berry's Inferno. I don't know what's in it, don't really care. It's just plain good.
