The amazing kitchen includes a huge amount of counter space with tons of cabinets nestled in the kitchen island. Not to mention, a larger than average 12 cubic foot fridge with plenty of space for groceries. This camper is fully stocked to include linens, dishes, baking sheets and, mixing bowls and cookware. The living room boasts theatre seating with a dual recliner that provides prime seating to the 55" flat screen TV equipped with roku and DVD. There is also a coffee pot and toaster available for use. Propane will be provided for gas appliances with a minimum of one 30 lbs tank. The outside living area is perfect for spending time in the outdoors with 20ft of awning coverage split between two awnings. Delivery Only, up to 130 miles from Chickamauga, Ga. Three night minimum with exception of rentals at Cloudland Canyon State Park and Mtn Cove Farms. Five night minimum on rentals greater than 100 miles from Chickamauga, Ga. Process for booking: You prepay for a campsite at an established campground, able to hold a 38' camper, and we will come setup and breakdown the camper on the dates specified. We will meet you the first day at the site to review the camper and answer any questions. For long stays a 50 gallon sewer buggy can be requested if the campground doesn't offer sewer hookups. Sorry but we do not allow rentals for large outdoor concerts or NASCAR races.
