Therese Clementi, PT - CHICAGO, IL

Therese Clementi, PT, is a Physical Therapist for NovaCare’s Rehabilitation’s Chicago– Lincoln Park Athletic Club (LPAC) outpatient physical therapy center located at 1002 W Diversey. She is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, NDT Certified for the Treatment of Adults with Hemiplegia, AHA– CPR Instructor for Healthcare Professionals and Polestar Pilates Certified for Rehabilitation. Therese has achieved success in the treatment of total joint replacement, low back dysfunction, pregnancy related pain, shoulder dysfunction and patellofemoral pain.

Therese earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University,
Milwaukee, WI in 1991. She has completed various continuing education courses including:
• Polestar Pilates 6 month Certification Course
• Diagnosis and Treatment of the Upper and Lower Quadrants
• When the Foot Hits the Ground
• Functional Orthopedics and PNF.
