Restaurant Description
Hey there and welcome. All we wanted to do was open a place that wasn't overbearing in its' attitude or condescending for not knowing the regional significance of this or that particular wine. A place that was fun and had tremendous warmth, great food and fine drink. No dress code, no lines, no cover. Straight up great service. So we came up with Vintage. We believe in a few important things. We are truly your neighbors, committed to bringing wine down to a comfortable Wicker Park level. We will never look down our noses at you while you figure out what it is you want to try. Go ahead and order red wine with seafood or a sparkling wine for no other reason than it's a Wednesday. Drink whatever wine makes you happy, order a little food whenever you want (We will continue to serve late) and the hell with conventional thinking. So feel free to ask us all your questions about this wine or that varietals, and relax and enjoy yourselves and thanks for coming.
