Quartino, an urban Italian restaurant has developed and wine bar, is the creation of Hugo ralli, Steve Lombardo and Exec chef/partner John Coletto Quartino combines the best of Italy osteria and enoteac to offer an authentic everyday Italian Food and wine experience. "You can't offord to eat anywhere else!" Chef/partner John Coletta has developed a menu representing the best of Italy's Culinary regions Timeless recipes replicated with integrity and refined techinique, utilizing the best available ingredients. The menu features cicchetti (traditional small plate wine bar snacks),house recipe salumi and cured Italian meats, classic Neapolitan brick oven pizza house made fresh pasta, po valley carnaroli rice risotto and seasonally created regional fish and meat specialities. The Quartino menu is served in reasonable portions, each menu item is designed for sharing and all reflect great value. Throughout Europe, In bistro after Osteria enoteca, fresh local wines of high quality and unique characteristics are priced as a less expensive alternative to bottled water. At Quartino we accurately recreate this cultural wine Phenomenon. We feature fresh, high quality, food friendly, traditional style Italian wines served in our namesake "Quartino", (a liter carafe measuring a bit more than 8oz, or about a glass and a half).
