Restaurant Description
Bringing a new concept to Chicago, Kaze Sushi features seasonal sushi with toppings, which enhance both flavor and texture of traditional sushi. As the winds change with the seasons, so does the menu. The evolving menu will spotlight fish in season with an impressive offering of sushi, nigiri, makimono, and specialized cooked dishes Kaze will evolve the way Chicago enjoys sushi. Toppings and fresh, seasonal fish, expertly prepared, will deliver an unrivaled taste only offered at Kaze. Signature dishes with toppings will include tuna topped with shiitake mushrooms stir-fried with butter and black pepper sauce as well as unagi with cheese, chives and black pepper. Each topping is created specifically for the fish it accompanies to deliver exceptional taste and enhance the consistency of menu items.
