I specialize in the sales and leasing of residential, retail and office properties in the Chicagoland region, including the surrounding Suburbs. With over 25 years of experience working with sellers, owners, leasing agents and tenants, I have made numerous deals in which all parties concerned have left the table very pleased.
My career began working at Imperial Realty in Chicago as the Director of Leasing and Property Management, responsible for acquisition analysis, disposition analysis, asset management, and operations management of site locations ranging from 450 sq to one million sq. I later joined the Enterprise Development Company (Ron Shipka) where I specialized in contract coordination, interior design, and sales of over a 1000 luxury condominiums. In relocating to the near west suburbs, I joined David King and Associates which expanded my clientele and network outside of the city. In recent years I have begun delving more in residential real estate deals and have found this very rewarding.
I am a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
In addition to my real estate career, I am the sole proprietor of Celtic Creations Interior Design. I really enjoy helping my clients design their perfect space within their home. I am an avid cyclist and philanthropist, devoted to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, where you can find me working when not doing real estate. I also enjoy vigorous workouts, skiing, going to museums, attending plays or listening to live music. I hold strong morals and family values, and find deep joy in spending time with my family and friends..
