Joseph Libby, MD, was born in South Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey. A graduate of Bishop Eustace Prep, Saint Joseph’s University, and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Libby trained and practiced at Cooper Hospital for nearly 20 years. He then went into private practice for five years, specializing in Elder Care, post-hospital care, nursing home care and assisted living. Dr. Libby is now serving as Medical Director of Kennedy’s Skilled Nursing Facility (SNFist) program, spanning the continuum of Elder Care needs from home, hospital, post-hospital, rehabilitation, assisted living care, and back to home, with the goal of maximizing each individual’s potential for health and functional independence.
