Direct access to the VAST snowmobile trail system eliminates the need for trailering. Please note that the pond is not accessible for swimming or guest use. Keep in mind that our property is situated on a rustic, rural road, posing challenges for vehicles without sufficient clearance. A high-clearance SUV is necessary to access the property, and snow tires are required from November through June. Your comfort and ease of travel are our top priorities, ensuring a delightful stay in every season.

While we take measures to address this, we cannot guarantee that you won't have an occasional visitor during your stay.

We appreciate your understanding that, while we strive to maintain the property to the best of our ability, it may not have the modern conveniences of a newly built home.
