Just 12 miles from the city center of Chelan, this lovely home offers a remote lakefront location where family and friends become the focus.

The unit welcomes you with sweeping views of the water, and the spacious layout adds luxury and convenience to your lake-side retreat. The wall of windows that spans the length of the house offers an abundance of light and highlighting the open layout of the upper level and living areas.

The upper-level kitchen comes equipped with all of the gadgets and gizmos you'll need to create memorable family meals and a perfect place to gather to plan your next adventure on Lake Chelan. The living room has plush couches that split their focus between the awe-inspiring lake views and a TV complete with a DVD player. Enjoy your favorite movie or a board game with the lake as your background.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home has the accommodations to sleep up to six guests easily. And don't leave the family dog at home - one canine friend is welcome to join you here! You'll have room to park one vehicle at the house and additional vehicles and boat trailers can be parked on the main highway.

Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, both with king-size beds, a bathroom to share, and access to the upper deck. Fall asleep to the sound of the steady soft waves and the privacy these two rooms offer.

Downstairs is a haven for younger vacationers, with a second small kitchen and two sets of bunk beds in the sleeping alcove. Access to the expansive lower deck is just a step away.

The private washer/dryer is another amenity larger groups and families will put to good use. Aside from the large deck, a long grassy yard, private dock, and indulgent hot tub make this lake house a must for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors.

With 300 days of sun, there is no shortage of things to do. For the adults there are 24 world-class wineries that hug the coast of the lake, waiting to be explored. Fine dining, hiking areal tours, and endless skiing trails at Echo Ridge will keep everyone busy year-round.

**Please check the current water levels before your arrival. The dock cannot be used at low levels. Lake level is regulated by the Chelan PUD. Lake level not guaranteed high enough for dock use until June 30th through September 20th. Use of dock and buoy is at your own risk. Please ensure you have proper bumpers to protect your watercraft and the dock.

**There is parking for one car at the property.***

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Depending on the size of your vehicles there is room for two to four vehicles at the house. Please observe the four vehicle limit at all times. Parallel park only in designated spots labeled for Collins Lakehouse, and use the lighted stairway to access the house from the parking area. As with most homes along the lakefront, the driveway is one lane and narrow with little turn-around room. No trailers are allowed. Parking is only permitted above the house where signs are posted. The driveway leading down is private and vehicles cannot enter. Vehicles will be towed at their own expense. Absolutely no use of the driveway down to the house.
Out of respect to our neighbors, please do not block access to the neighbor’s driveway. There is no driveway access to the Collins Lakehouse. Please do not drive, walk, or ride bikes on the neighbor’s driveway.

Dock details: Dock has a moorage buoy that can accommodate a boat up to 25 ft



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
