From this condo, you can walk to downtown Chelan, and Don Morris Park is right across the street. This corner unit offers a more peaceful condo to spend time with family or friends. And no doubt the majority of your time here will be spent playing in the gorgeous lake, but know that there are plenty of activity options for all ages nearby.

All six guests will have a place to sleep in either of the two lovely bedrooms or on the living room's sofabed. There is a flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player for movie watching, and a large dining room table great for games and puzzles after a delicious home-cooked meal.

Major appliances, as well as a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and more can be found in the full kitchen, so there's no need to go out for each meal. And there is even a grill on the back patio for summer nights full of barbecues and watching sunsets.

Rent a fishing boat or motorized vessel to explore Lake Chelan. Pull tubes and waterskis behind the boat for a thrilling ride. The local golf course is just a mile up the road, and the beachfront park is less than a mile away as well. Tour wineries, go for a horseback ride, visit the casino for a variety of entertainment, and eat a tasty meal out at any of the mouthwatering restaurants in downtown Chelan.

Even during snowy weather when you can downhill ski and snowboard nearby, you'll find your stay at this cozy condo to be one for the books.

All guests must be aged 25 years or older unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The pool and hot tub are open from mid-May to mid-September (approximately).

Parking notes: Each unit has one (1) assigned covered parking space and one (1) additional space may be used in the over-sized parking areas. Over-sized / auxiliary parking areas are located at the far end (East) of the B building (on the lower level), and between the C & D buildings - and - at the far end of the D building (on the upper level).



If you have more than two vehicles (including trailers), it will be necessary for you to find parking for those elsewhere.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
