We are not your traditional recruiting agency at all, we structure our agreements purely based on the candidates we work with who have been driven by performance throughout a large part of their lives. All of our recruiting fees come from agreements with our clients and the expectations they have for the position as it is related to performance measures. Simply said, “We do not earn unless our candidate earns for you.”
