Located on Ninigret Pond Charlestown RI, in the exclusive Arnolda colony, the cottage has 5 bedrooms, and stunning views. There is a dock and you can bring a boat. (Ninigret pond has access to the ocean and there is a private beach if you have a boat.) Built into a hill, the house looks like a one story from the front but it is actually a two story. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, big deck and bath. The downstairs has three bedrooms, a bath and another living room.
This is a great set up for families with kids who want their own space or two families who wish to vacation together. Arnolda is a private colony next to Ninigret Park and Wildlife refuge. We are one of the few waterfront properties available for rental. Access to private tennis courts. A great place to relax and yet close to Narragansett, Newport, Mystic Seaport, golf courses and the Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos.
