Dr. Orta is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and fluent in both English and Spanish. Upon graduation from St. Ignatius High School, he earned his BS in Biology at John Carroll University while competing as a collegiate rugby player. Dr. Orta then went on to obtain his medical degree at the Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence Ohio. He completed his 3-year residency in Cleveland, Ohio at the Mercy Regional/Cleveland Clinic Foundation program specializing in Podiatric Medicine along with Forefoot and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. His interests include rooting for Cleveland sports, fitness, and enjoying the local restaurants in the greater Cleveland area.
