The Lodge and the upstairs of The Barn can easily accommodate up to 26 overnight guests in beds.



The Lodge (Building 1 of 3):
-The Master Suite features a king sized bed, a private bathroom with a large shower, a hot tub, a relaxing waterfall wall, a baby grand piano, 1" thick privacy glass, and direct access to the property's wrap around porch and walkways.

The Guest Suite includes a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with tub/shower combo, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the wrap around porch and walkways

The Lodge Kitchen is full - we have an AGA stove and range top, a SubZero refrigerator, an extra deep dual sink, a dishwasher, a large walk-in pantry, and direct access to the dining room. Most of our cabinets are filled with the essentials such as silverware, glassware, cookware, etc. - and you are welcome to use anything you see.

The Dining Area easily seats 6-8 guests. The table has expansion leaves if needed.

We also have Reading Room/Sitting Room and a Laundry Room.

Downstairs you'll find the Entertainment Zone which includes a bar area, a billiards table, a ping pong table, 3 putting greens, a foosball table, darts, a card table, and a 80" 4k TV lounge area. We have DirecTV, Netflix, video games, and DVDs for you to use.

The Lodge accommodates 8 guests (out of the total 26).





The Barn (Building 2 of 3):
This is not a typical Barn! It is shaped like a Barn on the outside, but was built as an event space with living quarters on the second level.

Lower level of The Barn:
-Barn Kitchen (there is a second kitchen in The Lodge)
Serving kitchen used for food prep
2 Wolf ovens
4 Wolf gas burners
SubZero refrigerator/freezer
Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplies for the entire weekend

-Bathrooms in lower level interior space (2)
The lower level of The Barn is a large, open room, perfect for meetings, dancing, or entertaining. Chairs and tables for 150 guests are provided.

Upper Level of The Barn:
-Sleeps 18 people. Bed linens and towels provided.
Lounge A: 1 pull-out king sofa and 1 pull-out single chair. Dressing table and mirrors
Lounge B: 1 pull-out king sofa and 2 pull-out single chairs.
Master Bedroom: king-size bed, 1 pull-out single chair.
Bunk Room: 4 bunk beds (sleeps 8 people)
Bathrooms: (2) - Each with 2 sinks, 2 toilets, 2 showers.
-All areas of The Barn were designed and decorated by Pottery Barn. The Barn was actually the filming location of some of Pottery Barn’s online advertisements for their Design Services. The second level of The Barn accommodates up to 18 overnight guests.

Outside areas:
In addition to the 9,000 square feet indoors, you also have 30 acres of property available to you. There are decks surrounding much of the buidlings, an expansive hearth area with outdoor furniture, and a gazebo over the lake. The entire property is breathtaking and the outdoors is just as beautiful as the indoors!
