Dishes, Cups, and cooking utensils are included.

50" TV w/ dish network basic package and Nintendo entertainment system (original - games and controllers included) HDMI hookup available on TV in bedroom and the front TV as well if you want to bring Apple TV - Firestick etc - assuming you can find wifi or hotspot.
Outdoor camping items include: Table set, chairs, small portable BBQ grill, tablecloth, fire starters.
Hookups: Sewer, Water, Power onboard - Backup hose and sewer connections on rig in case of issues.
Pets allowed within reason. Tow bar for jeep/dinghy available (note insurance does not cover tow vehicles)

Also, happy to assist anyone first time renting with instructions or help getting started.
You can leave your personal vehicle parked in the RV storage under cover while renting to save extra trips.
