This 2007 Four Winds Hurricane 31D sits on a Ford chassis with the reliability of a 6.8L Triton V10 engine. This layout comes with a spacious bathroom area. Both slide-outs extend the living area for extra comfort. There is a complete kitchen, with a microwave, double sink, fridge/freezer, gas range/oven. Also, an automatic leveling system makes setup a breeze!

The electrical system is a 50 amp hook-up. And for the dry campers there is a generator and batteries. The batteries will run the lights, water pump, water heater (on propane), fridge (on propane), range, and heater.

RV rental comes with most supplies needed for camping at no extra charge. Just bring food, clothes, and toiletries. See complete list below and please ask for any specifics.

This RV can fit up to 6 guests but the dinette conversion best fits two toddlers/children. There is queen bed, pull-out sofa (full bed), and dinette conversion (twin). So for comfort, the RV can fit up to 4 adults and 2 children.

All of the following is included at no additional cost:
- Fresh linens and towel sets

- Board games
- Wi-Fi network
- Camping set up with chairs (up to 4), tables (up to 2) with cloths, rug, & trash can
- Water hose with pressure regulator
- Sewer discharge hose
- Electrical hookups for 50 amp and 30 amp connections
- Most kitchen supplies including plates, bowls, mugs, and utensils
- Basic toiletries just in case you forget
- Cleaning supplies & RV specific toilet paper
- Tri-ball hitch and chains for towing. Please let me know what you will be towing.

Consider taking the RV to Jellystone in Larkspur CO. Our family loves this place! Please let me know if this is where you are going. I will deliver, set-up, and pick-up for only $50 if you are staying at Jellystone. This is less than the $100 delivery minimum and it includes set-up! Just simply reserve your spot at Jellystone and let me know.

I will provide a complete training upon your pickup and spend as much time with you to ensure you are comfortable with all features. I will also leave you with an RV specific cheat sheet for all of the systems.

Festivals must be discussed if that is where you are going and some clear expectations set. Some festival locations are not covered by the insurance policy you purchased and the RV will not be allowed to go there.

Upon returning the RV, I have only a few simple rules:
1) Fill the fuel and propane tanks
2) Empty the wastewater tanks
3) Discard your trash. We take care of cleaning, just don’t leave it a complete mess

I understand if you're in a time crunch and just can't take care of any tanks. The add-on prices for the fuel and propane are if they are nearly empty. I would adjust those accordingly for a fair price.
