Welcome to An. An which means "to dine", or "to eat" in Vietnamese showcases Chef Michael Chuong’s signature ‘New World’ cuisine, an elegant blend of Southeast Asian flavors and European influences. Chuong has artfully combined the elegance of a French four-star restaurant with the sensational flavors of a Southeast Asian market. We welcome you for lunch and dinner, and to host a private event in one of our two private dining rooms.
