VAN RULES
We aren't ones to just completely limit your experience by having a book of rules to throw at you. We simply live by the philosophy that we trust you to treat our property with the respect and care as if it were yours.
We just ask that no smoking of any kind, tobacco or plants alike, within the van. And to please practice clean habits while using the RV.
Fuel and propane tanks do need to be refilled to the levels notated at the start of the reservation. If returned at lower levels, you may be charged the actual cost of filling to the proper levels.
In regards to the black and gray tanks, we do ask that they be emptied before your return. If they're unable to be, we understand! We will happily empty them for you at the actual dumping cost by the dump station plus a $10 convenience fee.
