Pick up time is anytime after 12:00pm will be open to accommodation's if needed. Please return the rental by 2:00pm Additional fees may apply if other accommodations are to be made. Please return the rental as you picked it up. Empty gray and black tanks. You do not need to fill the propane tanks unless it is more than average use.
Delivery times are different!! Please note they will be anytime after 5pm if you need other accommodations please let us know promptly.

DO NOT CLOSE THE AWNING WITH THE DOORS OPEN. Make sure you shut off the propane tanks and lock Trailer when you are away. If you lose the keys to the camper there will be a $100.00 fee per key please do not lose them.
