This beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has heart of pine floors with knotty pine walls and ceilings. It features an incredible view of the marsh and the entire inner harbor of Carolina Beach. Three short blocks to the beach.

Two car garage and driveway space for up to two additional vehicles.

All reservations include a linen package at no additional cost (not included with monthly rentals). The linen package includes all bedding, perosonal towel sets for each guest, beach towels, bath mats, and a kitchen towel set.

Property requires seven night stay during peak season, Sunday to Sunday. If still available less than 1 week out, dates may be reserved for stays shorter than 1 week (usually 3/4 night minimum). No smoking. Pets accepted with $50 fee.
