Allow us to walk you through this estate. At the end of a long driveway, you arrive at the home with plenty of parking and a circle driveway entrance. You are greeted by the lovely and restful landscaping as you walk up to the custom front door. The front entrance leads you to an enclosed passageway, full of whimsical Tahoe memorabilia. To the left is the grand Great Room, with soaring ceilings, designer mountain furnishings, hardwood floors and many windows to let in the forest and lake views. The open plan leads to the dining room with a long table that seats your entire group with all the chairs facing the stunning lake views! To the left of the dining area is the chef's kitchen, with gas range, huge center island with sink and everything you'll need to create a feast for the whole family. The best part of the kitchen is that it faces the ceiling to floor windows to take in the views. Just off the kitchen area is another intimate sitting room, perfect for sitting and reading a book and looking out over the lake. Just outside is an expansive multi-level lake view deck, with plenty of seating, a hot tub and steps leading down to your private beach. To the left the pier, shared with a neighbor, yours to use for loading and unloading, based on current water levels. One buoy is available at no additional charge. There is also a kayak available to paddle over the blue waters of the lake.
The left wing of the house encompasses the guest wing. Downstairs there is a nice size guest bath with a jetted tub. The first downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and the second bedroom has a queen bed is accessed by going through the first bedroom. Perfect for a family of 4.
Upstairs in the guest wing is an open bedroom with two twin beds and to the left is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bath for these two bedrooms.

Off the great room and up a private stairway is the master suite. This restful suite features lake views, a king bed, huge walk-in closet and dressing area, lake view office and an en suite bath with large jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
