Our 42 acre farm is quiet and serene, yet just miles from beautiful beaches and snorkeling. The 2 bedroom guest house is fully furnished, and has a large lanai overlooking the coffee fields with an incredible view of the ocean.
Less than 30 miles from town, you can experience living off the grid, as we generate all our own power from the sun and generator, and catch all our water. We have all the water and power we need, but none to waste.
Please note: A 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed to access this property. It's not that it is a bad road, in fact it almost looks like a steep airstrip. And that is the problem. There are a few spots we cannot get the grass to grow and 2 wheel drive vehicles tear the road up.
