Enjoy your next family vacation at this Capitola vacation rental condo located in a pleasant neighborhood and just a short stroll into Capitola Village. This Family Capitola Condo by the River is a beautiful and spacious beach house condo located near the Soquel Creek in the Village of Capitola. Although this beach house does not face the river, guests can still enjoy - and have shared access to - the riverside picnic and BBQ area along the other side of the condo. Enjoy the peaceful walk along the river to "the Village" shopping, galleries, restaurants, and of course, the beach. This beach house has two great decks for relaxing. One of them is off the kitchen and dining room area with views of the quaint and bohemian street of Riverview Avenue and it also has a BBQ on it for grilling up your favorite dishes. The other deck is right off the private upstairs master bedroom (which has peaks of the ocean and river), which offers a rooftop deck feel with views of the train trestle and a relaxing vibe while soaking up the sun.
This second story condo has 3 bedrooms, giving your guests enough room to have privacy and their own sleeping arrangements. With a full bed in one room, two twin in the other and a queen upstairs in the private suite (with the rooftop deck attached), extra guests can fold out the sofa in the living room into a bed, too. This condo offers parking for one car in the carport below this home. For guests traveling with extra vehicles, we recommend parking in one of the two large parking lots just a minute's walk away where you can park for free overnight and a small daily fee.

Floor Plan Description
From the ground level, walk up about 15 steps to get to the front door. Once inside, the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony off the dining room (with BBQ) are on the right. Toward the left of the front door are 2 bedrooms (two twins in one room and one full in the second room) and one full bathroom. In between there is another flight of stairs that leads you to the master suite where guests can enjoy views of the river and a private rooftop balcony.
