Our charming well-appointed home is located on a private beach in the exclusive gate guarded community of Beach Road. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor sitting areas with gas grill, and gorgeous views spanning south to San Clemente, north to Dana Point Harbor and west to Catalina Island. Our home is well furnished, clean and comfortably decorated in a nautical style.
This home sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms (2K, 1Q, 1D sleeper sofa) and a queen convertible sofa in the great room. There are 3 baths. The living areas, dining area and kitchen are combined in to one great room which is fronted by two large sliding glass doors leading out to the beach front patio. The living area has a gas fireplace and large flat screened TV equipped with a DVD player and a CD/I-pod player. The patio area has a large retractable awning, granite topped table, chairs and a gas grill. It also has a large enclosed sandy area with a private fire pit.
If you need more room there is an upper detached separate unit that sleeps 6 in two bedrooms (1Q and 1 with 2 sets of bunks) and 1 bath. These two units can be rented together for larger gatherings.
Beach Road on Capistrano Beach is located in So. Orange County between San Clemente and Dana Point. It is 60 miles south of Los Angeles and 65 miles north of San Diego. It is 30-45 min. from Disneyland, 25 min. from LegoLand and an hour from SeaWorld. Our home is centrally located to all major Southern California airports, shopping, theme parks, wineries and fine restaurants. Beach equipment and bike rentals are located nearby. Dana Point is home to Doheny State Beach and the harbor offers boat rentals and fishing, dining, sightseeing, whale watching and Catalina Island cruises.
