Looking for a waterfront vacation with the best views around? Book your stay at Ledgerock Pointe! This incredible home is 1,300 square feet and comfortably hosts up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The home is set up for gathering and connecting with friends and family. The living area features comfortable seating, an HDTV, and an incredible board game stash! Around the corner, you'll find the kitchen complete with modern amenities, essential kitchenware, and a stacked washer and dryer available for guest use. The dining area includes a table for 6 as well as patio access that also includes seating for you to enjoy a meal. No matter which you choose, you'll have access to phenomenal views!
When it's time to wind down, head to the first bedroom where you'll find a king-size bed and a TV. The resort-style bathroom features a sleek tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and TV as well as an excellent view of the lake and deck. The second bathroom includes a vanity and a soaking claw tub. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a trundle.
The deck is all summer vibes with ample seating and a gas grill with propane provided. You'll also find a ping-pong table under the covered awning. The home features a large fenced-in area perfect for the kids to run, play, and have fun!
At Ledgerock Pointe, you're just a leisurely 5-minute walk to the water from the house where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, snorkeling, or just floating. There's also no shortage of entertainment as your close to the Hill Country wineries, dance halls, waterparks, dining, live music, and much more.
Parking space at the home for your boat and jet skis is available, so feel free to bring them along!
