This 21ft lightweight travel trailer is easy to tow, and can sleep up to 6 people with a full sized heated bed, a bunk bed, and a 4-person dinette that converts to an additional bed.
Prepare your favorite meals in a full kitchen with sink, gas stove top, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and an outdoor gas griddle. Clean up in a private bathroom with a shower/tub and toilet. Easily store all your necessities and then some with a roof rack system, exterior pass-through storage, and under-bunk storage accessible from inside or out.
This fully loaded trailer is appointed with complimentary coffee maker, coffee, tea, blender, card/board games, paper towels, toilet paper, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, trash/recycle cans, and firewood tote. Relax inside with a mounted TV, HDMI, USB, & aux connections, DVD player, stereo with bluetooth and AM/FM radio, maxxair ventilation fan, and furnace, all of which can be powered by the roof-mounted 100amp solar panel. Stay comfortable outside with a 14’ power awning and outdoor carpet, 2 complimentary folding chairs and a folding table. Connect to a 30amp electrical service to utilize the air conditioner or microwave.

Delivery & set up available for a minimum of $150 within a 60 mile radius, and an additional $2.50/mi after that up to 120 mile radius from Canton, GA (one-way).

**FOLDING TABLE: 20” x 48” vinyl top folding table for outdoor use only.

**CORNHOLE GAME: 2 wooden cornhole boards and 12 cornhole bags.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON PACKAGES (If you would like to include these, be sure to add them to your rental request):
**TOWELS: Includes 6 cotton bath towels, 6 turkish cotton beach towels, 6 bamboo wash cloths, a kitchen hand towel, and a kitchen dish rag. All dirt, sand, debris, etc. must be removed from towels and used towels left in tub before returning rental. Any towel that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $10 replacement fee.
**BEDDING (MAIN BED): Includes 2 pillows and pillow cases, top and bottom sheets, and a lightweight cotton blanket. Any bedding that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $60 replacement fee.
**BEDDING (BUNK BEDS): Includes 2 pillows and pillow cases, top and bottom sheets for each bunk, and a lightweight cotton blanket for each bunk. Any bedding that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $40 replacement fee.
**DISHES: Includes 6 each of insulated cups, regular cups, plates, bowls, sets of utensils, and steak knives. A bottle opener and a wine opener and a dish drying rack. All dishes must be cleaned and returned to the original storage location before returning rental. Any dish that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $10 replacement fee.
**COOKWARE: Includes 2 cutting boards, 3 knives, cooking spoons, spatulas, and turners, 2 frying pans, 2 sauce pans, 1 soup pot, 1 roasting pan, 2 mixing bowls with lids, 2 colanders, measuring cups and spoons, stainless steel insulated pitcher, 4 skewers, meat shredding claws, can opener, baster brush, peeler, and pot holders. All cookware must be cleaned and returned to the original storage location before returning rental. Any item that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $15 replacement fee.
**GRILL: Includes a large charcoal grill, grill tongs and spatula, grilling basket, and grill cover. Grill and grill accessories must be cleaned and returned to the original storage location before returning rental. Any accessory that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $10 replacement fee. If the grill is excessively soiled, an additional $30 fee will apply. If the grill is damaged or missing, an additional $150 fee will apply.
**COOLERS: Includes a 120 quart cooler and a 62 quart cooler with wheels. All coolers must be cleaned and returned to the original storage location before returning rental. Any cooler that is excessively soiled, ruined, or lost will result in an additional $50 replacement fee.
