We offer relationship counselling, individual therapy, adolescent counselling and family counselling. Keeping a developmental framework in mind, we work with clients to help them identify where they would like to evolve to, and how they would like their lives to look differently. Focused on healing and growth we use somatic, emotion-focused, and cognitive approaches to help you heal, and then create the life and deeply connected relationships you dream are possible.



We consider the individual in terms of their ongoing development emotionally, cognitively, socially, biologically, inter-personally, spiritually, socio-economically and more.
