We offer virtual therapy in Ontario or sessions at our London, Ontario office. Our counselling services include trauma therapy, EMDR, IFS, psychotherapy, and more. We firmly believe that every person has the innate ability to cope with the challenges in their lives, but sometimes experiences from the past make it difficult to tap into these abilities.
