Founder and CEO Patience Chigumira, was raised in Zimbabwe where she learnt to do hair from the tender age of 12. While attending boarding school, she was known as the resident hairdresser! Almost every hair style she wore, she did herself.
While studying abroad in Cleveland Ohio, she was awarded a full scholarship to one of the most renowned AVEDA Cosmetology Schools in the country. The personal attention and dedication the educators offered every student inspired her to change the beauty industry. Currently, Chiggy's Touch salon is an Extension Boutique located in Weston Village, servicing clients that wear hair extensions or need custom wigs due to Chemotherapy or Alopecia.
Selecting good quality hair extensions is an intimate process. Before deciding on texture or thickness, we have to consider how the hair will be used, and where it will be worn.
