Skadarlija bar is one of Toronto's oldest restaurants and bars on Queen st west, and over 16 years ago it was a well-known 5 Star Serbian European restaurant. It is named by Skadarlijia, as Skadarlijia is a well-known name of an old artistic town in Serbia, which is very beloved by Serbians and tourists. In 2007 most Serbian communities moved out from the Parkdale area, thus it was turned into a local dive bar butit still belonged to the same owner Sam, and the interior design remained the same.
