Above Average Wellness is a yoga, fitness and wellness studio that focuses on serving the market of beginner, limited mobility and plus size individuals. Anyone is welcome at our studio but all the classes are taught in a way that makes them more accessible. We are body positive which includes ALL bodies, regardless of ability, strength, flexibility, or mobility. We are very community minded and would love to get to know you. Men and women are welcome at the studio but we do have some women specific classes. We also offer bodywork treatment such as massage, osteopath treatment, Reiki, crystal healing, needle free acupuncture and more.
