Deck with patio furniture off of Living Room to breath in the White Mountain Air!  The upstairs private loft bedroom has a King (2 twins pushed together) and a Twin.  Other bedroom offers a Full and a Twin with a shared full bath making this ideal for families!
Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property.  This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17.
For the winter Campton Mountain just down the road which has a double chair, tow rope and lodge with food, drinks and weekend entertainment! Affordable, open for night skiing on weekends and holidays weather permitting. Enjoy the outdoor ice skating pond as well as some cross country ski trails. Included are 1 passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center which is within walking distance. After a day on the mountain, you can relax in the heated indoor pools or soak in the hot tub with a view. The Community center also has a sauna, game room, exercise/weight room and a pub. This condo is only 10 minutes to Waterville Valley and is less than 30 minutes from several other alpine skiing mountains including Loon Mountain Resort and Cannon Mountain. If you are brave and enjoy winter hiking or other snow sports, you could try snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, fat bikes or even winter zip lining.
Summer brings many attractions with the swimming pond, walking trails, tennis, basketball, playground and outdoor pool with several patio seats!  Several NH Attractions within 30 minutes including Polar Caves in Plymouth, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Dinner Train, Ziplining and Waterville Valley's several outdoor events and fireworks.
 Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval and an additional fee. A full size sheet will be provided to put on couch.  No cats.
