Great parking on site that accommodates large boats and several vehicles. The cottage is situated on the edge of a beautiful 50-acre farm with open fields that boast ample wildlife to view along with amazing sunsets as well as chickens that roam the yard, providing the most natural form of pest control. This cottage truly offers the best of both worlds. Only 0.9 miles from Smith Ridge boat ramp, 1.7 miles from Emerald Isle Marina and beach, and 4 miles to city center and Campbellsville University with access to restaurants and grocery.
