Recently renovated in a prime location, you will love this modern, sun kissed second story apartment (you'll need to go up an exterior set of very safe stairs). Two minutes to the Burlington Farmer's Market and the South End Get Down. Also, to the Soda Plant, Dedalus, and so many restaurants, cafes, art galleries and within 10 minutes to the shores of Lake Champlain.

It's cozy and super close to many places to explore. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal - pots and pans, baking pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, standing mixer, bean grinder, microwave, kettle and more.

The sectional sofa is made of two twin very comfortable beds, great for lounging or to sleep two folks individually. The large Roku TV has access to streaming channels. The wifi speed can handle all the streaming entertainment and more.

There are two minimal bedrooms, one with a king bed and luxury natural Talalay latex mattress from Dunlopillo. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a Marriott mattress topped with an organic vegan topper from Avocado Green Mattress. Comforters are down alternative in duvet covers. All sheets are organic cotton with a high thread count and pillows are a blend of memory foam and down wrapped in foam - different options for different sleepers. The apartment is not huge, it has two bedrooms that fit the beds and space to walk around them, but not much more. The living room has two sofas and a tub chair. Its a great spot to explore Burlington and the area! The backyard is only a parking lot.

The famous Burlington Farmer's Market is held right across Pine Street, just a 2 minute walk away, every Saturday starting May 7th. It runs through October.
