Large luxury home with most living space and 3 bedrooms on main level and one upstairs bedroom/bath in main house. New (built 2022) 600 sq. ft. suite built over garage. This bedroom/bath 5 and can be accessed from both inside the main house or via a separate entrance.
4 bedroom main house can be rented for $895/night. Additional 5th bedroom suite is an additional $200/night.
Solar heated pool (warm in the summer only), hot tub, approx. 3500 sq. ft. home on a 9000 square foot lot.
Pool has a safety net that can be put in place for when young children are present.
Privacy and partial bay views.
