Custom Call Routing - We can send calls to Extensions, Hunt / Ring groups, IVR / Auto Attendants, Call Queues and / or externally via Call Confirm with unconfirmed calls routing to your extension's voicemail. Cloud Fax - Send a fax from anywhere, with a cover page right from our Cloud Portal. Inbound faxes are sent to email or your Fax Inbox in Adobe PDF format. Call Blocker - Easily block or redirect inbound calls. Play a number disconnected msg, send to voicemail or simply hang up. Skype Integrated - Route calls to Skype with our Skype extensions, (handy for traveling abroad). Place outbound calls from Skype showing your Business's Caller ID. Geographic Redundancy - Our network stretches coast to coast. We'll keep you up and running when disaster strikes.
