Welcome to our Beach house! Our 3 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom house is located Beach Block North End 6 houses from the beach, quiet, not crowded beach, lifeguard at either side if needed.
Our house offers comfort and space to relax or entertain. Front porch to sit and kids can play out front or fenced in backyard with large deck to sit and enjoy that Brigantine breeze.
When entering house living room area with cozy sectional sleeper available. Curl up and watch TV on new flat screen, watch movie on DVD, or just relax.
Off to side is two bedrooms with full hall bathroom. Great private area, or good for kids to have their space too.
First bedroom offers 2 double beds. Plenty of closet space.
Second bedroom offers 2 single beds.
Bathroom full, with new counter tops and sink.
Hallway entering kitchen is an extra large closet. Great for storing snacks, drinks, clean beach coolers. Lots of shelves.
Extra Large fully equiped kitchen. Great for entertaining. Coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils.
Kitchen table seats 6 comfortably, but with bench can squeeze in more kids. New flat screen tv with cable. Small extra refrigerator. Good for cold waters, sodas, drinks for beach!
Washer/dryer section available off to side.
Off of kitchen private master bedroom with full bath.
King bed, vanity sitting area.
Bathroom full with new counter tops and sink.
Outside of kitchen is large deck with high top dining area. Seats 6 with comfortable chairs. Large deck box to store cushions. Fenced in backyard. Gas Grill. Clothes line. Shed to store chairs/ beach stuff. Outside private shower with hot and cold water.
All rooms equipped with ceiling fans.
Adults/families only. No pets. No smoking.
