Although located only 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge you will feel as though you are miles away as you enjoy incredible views and quiet peaceful surroundings. Relax in our new hot tub out on the deck and look up at an incredible blanket of stars. Mountains, lakes, streams, trees and wildlife are located right outside your door. Some great hiking trails are within easy walking distance from the house. Located in the Blue River Valley on a flat treed lot, this lovely home is easily accessible even in bad weather. No slippery roads to navigate!There is a warm cozy gas fireplace in the family room. A fabulous kitchen is wonderfully appointed with granite counters, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, two stoves, an eating bar and every cooking and baking amenity. The large dining room table accommodates eight people, plus three more at the kitchen island. An oversized master suite is located upstairs with a soaking Jacuzzi tub. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs in a separate wing with their own private bath. A fourth bed is a cushy futon located downstairs. Our home sleeps 8. We have satellite TV, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and a wood burning stove for your enjoyment. Heated three car garage for easy use and low snow maintenance. Watch it snow from two large decks overlooking the mountains and the forest. The home|s open floor plan and vaulted ceilings create an ambience that is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings.
