Bedrooms:
There is one master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. It also has a 65 inch smart TV. It has its own private entrance to the back patio and private pool. There are 2 guest rooms with queen beds along with an additional bathroom. We offer premium bedding and towels. This accommodation can sleep up to 6.

Living Room:
The living room has a comfortable sectional. It has a 65 inch smart TV. We offer high speed internet for all your streaming needs.

Dining Room:
The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. It is located next to 2 window seats made for relaxing, reading, etc. Feel free to check out the books on the bookshelf!

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and waiting for your enjoyment. It contains a fridge, stove/range, microwave and dishwasher as well as a 4-slice toaster, blender and Keurig with a selection of delicious coffees/teas. It also contains cookware, plates/bowls, utensils and glassware.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. It also has an ironing board, iron and laundry detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets.

Guests will be able to access the entire home except for the garage. There is a driveway available for parking as well as street parking.

This vacation home is located in Brandon. Port of Tampa is worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Florida State Fairgrounds and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Ice Sports Forum and McCormick's Waterski Wakeboard and Cable Park are also worth visiting.
