Newly renovated beach house in great Bradley Beach location. Single-family home with 2 full baths plus a private outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Easily sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms: a king bed with an awesome mattress in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with pull-out trundle in the middle bedroom, and two twin beds in the back bedroom.
The shaded front porch has wicker furniture to enjoy the cool ocean breeze, while the back deck has a table with umbrella for outdoor dining. Nice private fenced back yard features patio, barbecue grill, and chiminea for our renters.
Full basement features your own washer & dryer as well as an extra refrigerator/freezer for your use. Home is rented fully furnished and includes all amenities including pots & dishes, bed linens, and beach chairs. Four beach badges are provided for your use - worth $280 over a 7-day rental.
We prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday but are flexible when possible. Non-smoking only, please.
