The Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) requires completion of the following steps in order to receive an Associate Broker Real Estate License in the state of Colorado.
1. Complete the 168 Hours of Education
2. Pass the Course Exam
3. Pass the Broker Exam (State & National Sections)
4. Submit Fingerprints
5. Provide Proof of E&O Insurance
6. Apply for Your License Online
