Updates on Sherman Oaks Restaurants?

There are currently a ton of places that are under construction or about to open on Ventura between Hazeltine and Woodman - The Joint, Breakfast Spot, Poke Haus, Petit Trois, Space Craft (just to name a few).

Does anyone have any updates on these places? Like, what is Poke Haus? Is it a beergarden/poke spot?
