how young is too young?

I was just curious about breast lifts and whether or not I should be considering it at my age. I'm 26 years old and wear a 36 E. Due to having a lump removed in my breat in higschool and 30 pounds of weight loss, my breasts are sagging pretty badely for my age. I want to be as natural as possible for as long as possible.. And my boyfriend loves me as I am, but I can't help but think how much worse this might get with kids and age. Do you think a breast lift would be a viable option? When should I start considering it? I don't want to end up having kids after a breast lift, sagging and then wanting another one. Also, how bad is the scaring, pain, and how invasive is the surgery?
