Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Contract Start Date: Feb 17, 2011 or April 25, 2011
Contract Length: 1 year
Type of School: Private English Language School
Age of Students: Adults only
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Average Number of Students per Class: Between 1-5
Salary in Local Currency: 12000000 to 15000000 IDR/Month
Salary in USD: $1328-1,660 USD/month

School Curriculum & Expectations: Many classes have lessons prepared for teachers in advance, however, there are some that are unplanned where teachers can create lessons and creativity is encouraged. Classes are meant to be fun and some classes that are held include: wine tasting, debate class, salsa and various others.

Vacation: 15 National Paid Holidays, and 16 days of Annual Leave
Airfare: Round-Trip Airfare Reimbursed
Housing: Not provided but the school will help teachers get situated
Medical: Local Medical Insurance Provided
Work Visa: All visa and work permit costs are covered by the school


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Native English Speaker from Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, or the UK
* Bachelor Degree Holder with a major in Education, Elementary Education, English, or Secondary Education
* Minimum 100 Hour TEFL/TESL Certificate
