English Language Center is an English school for international students. English courses are taught at locations in Boston, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. ELC has been dedicated to providing English language programs and English courses of the highest quality since 1978. ELC’s academic programs allow international students to combine long-term General English programs with TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge preparation classes.
