This freshly renovated, high-tech luxury estate in Bodega Harbour offers spectacular ocean views and accommodates 14 guests (NO bunk beds) including 4 twins. The property features three suites—one with a raised floor providing an ocean view—plus two additional bedrooms, totaling 4.5 bathrooms. Among the bedrooms, the theater room doubles as a sleeping area for three. The estate includes a double kitchen and is situated on a spacious triple-sized lot within the Bodega Harbour Country Golf Club, boasting expansive views of the Pacific Ocean.

This unique, multi-level property spans over 3300 sq. ft. and features a dining table that comfortably seats 12 people, providing ample space for everyone to spread out and relax.

The entry level features a Cape Cod suite with a king bed and private bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms that offer access to a large private patio and hot tub. The Garden bedroom includes a king bed and a stand-up desk, while the Theater bedroom is equipped with two chair beds, each converting into a single twin bed and single narrow twin. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom on this level.

The next level houses the expansive double kitchen and dining room, truly accommodating 12 diners (14 diners if you have to), alongside a convenient half bath near the dining area. A few steps up from the dining space is the living room, with a pleasant sun deck. Ascend a few more steps to find the pool table loft and the Hoso suite, which includes a king-size bed and a twin daybed along with a full bathroom.

The Rapunzel suite, situated on the top floor, features its own full bathroom and accommodates four guests with a king-size bed and a queen bed on an elevated platform, accessible by three steps and offering a scenic view. This area can be made private with a sliding wall. The suite also includes a stand-up desk.

Switi Hoso is meant for 12 guests with the allowance of an additional two guests for no additional cost (overnight/day guests) as there are 14 sleeping spots. If you expecting additional guest, let us know so we can put extra towel sets out.

Short walk to the beaches using ShortTail Gulch trail, and Pinnacle Gulch trail. There is a good Wireless internet, pellet stove, 2 washers 2 dryers, BluRay, microwave, 2 dishwasher, HEPA filters, 2 stand-up desks. A great home for a multi family stay. Check our weekly rates.

Sleeping arrangements: There are 3 suites and 2 bedrooms; Rapuzel suite, 1 king and 1 queen. Hoso suite, 1 King and 1 daybed. Cape Cod suite, 1 King. Garden bedroom, 1 King. Theater bedroom has 1 narrow Twin and 2 chair beds that each opens to single Twins size bed. This gives a total of 9 bed for 14 sleeping spots.

The Switi Hoso kitchen is a fully equipped double kitchen featuring 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, and 2 refrigerators (one located in the garage), all complemented by a stunning ocean view.

2) Backup battery for the house against power outages (common in Bodega Bay).
3) High speed internet (100Mbps download) for multiple simultaneous movie streaming and good WiFi coverage of the property.
4) Three large screen TVs all able to provide Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming in 3 rooms simultaneously. The 300 SF surround sound Home Theater room has 2 reclining sofas + 2 chair beds that open to single beds and 1 single bed. With Surround sound this home theater TV have access to movies in addition to Amazon and Netflix.

Because the city water taste on the coast is poor, we added a 5 stage water filter for drinking water.

No animals, as the owner has allergies. (HEPA filters throughout the house)

Guest access: Smart Lock. An private access code is provided prior to arrival.

Note: Once you make a reservation, we will send you a link to the contract that summarizes the rules such as no parties, no pets, no smoking, not sublet any part of the house, and HOA regulations regarding noise and parking. Please review the contract within 8 hours for any clarification, and return the signed contract at least a week before your reservation with the names of your guests so we can confirm your guest names if security contacts us.
