The private master suite, located on the first floor, mixes contemporary coastal style with classic features such as the vaulted ceiling. Featuring a large walk-in closet and direct access to the screened porch, the master also includes a flat screen TV and desk/office area. The en suite bathroom presents industrial-style hardware complementing the dual vanity, claw-foot tub, and separate glass walk-in shower.
Guest bedrooms, located on the second floor, all feature plenty of space and flat screen TVs. Two are situated with views of the village lagoon and en suite bathrooms. The other two - one of which is located in a bonus room share an adjacent bathroom featuring a pedestal sink and glassed, walk-in shower.
The expansive kitchen is a unique space for gatherings, with a large center island, breakfast bar, table for four, stunning red-brick fireplace, and separate wet bar area with a Viking cooler and ice maker. A dining room provides seating for six to eight as well.
The great room has its own fireplace, plenty of seating, and a mix of contemporary and rustic furnishings. The 50-inch flat screen TV is complemented by a stereo with ceiling speakers, and multi-room music system that extends into the kitchen, master bedroom, dining room and porches.
