Mindfully curated modern interiors, this new construction home was completed in October 2022, is PET-FRIENDLY and is nestled in the breathtaking lowcountry setting of the Moreland Village neighborhood in Palmetto Bluff. This stylish home is just steps from the path that winds along the tidal creeks of the May River while also being just a short walk or bike ride to the amenities of Moreland Village, including Moreland Landing, the Dock at Moreland Landing, Lake Bales, The Canteen and the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy.

Tidewater Pines showcases sleek lines, modern interiors, and luxury touches balanced with the serene natural surroundings. This thoughtfully designed custom home delivers the ideal backdrop for a vacation getaway centered around the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is enjoyed year round in the lowcountry of coastal South Carolina. This 4-Bedroom, 4.5 Bath vacation getaway features a bright, open main floor layout, comfortable seating area with dramatic two-story fireplace, Smart, flat-screen TV for rooting on your favorite team or curling up for movie-watching, and dining room table that seats 10 guests. The expansive kitchen is a chef's dream, with Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, oversized center island that seats four and offers abundant prep and entertaining space, plus separate butler's pantry with drip coffee maker and separate ice maker.

Head to the primary suite via the striking iron and glass foyer, where you'll find a quiet oasis appointed with KING BED, private ensuite bath with spa-like design details including dual vanities, oversized step-in shower, and sumptuous soaking tub. Enjoy quiet mornings with a cup of coffee on the private porch directly off the primary suite, with an abundance of comfortable furnishings that invite lazy mornings taking in the picturesque views. Additionally on the main floor, you will find one of the 3 secondary guest rooms, with KING BED and private bath with step-in shower.

On the second floor you'll find two additional guest suites. The bunk room features a custom-built TWIN-over-QUEEN bunk bed, plus a cozy built-in TWIN BED with ensuite bath. The second guest suite includes a QUEEN BED and private ensuite bath.

Tidewater Pines was designed with the technology demands of today's connected travelers and those that come with a desire to work remotely if needed. No advanced technology detail was overlooked, so that WIFI and related services are both High Speed and highly reliable.

Technology Solutions include:

Internet:
Whole-home wired mesh WIFI system with wired ethernet ports in every room.

Internet is fiber optic, gigabit speed, with an uninterruptible power supply that will stabilize WIFI internet signal inside the house in the event of a power outage. Internet provider's gigabit fiber supply is underground and should not be impacted by a loss of power.

TVs:
Smart, Flat Screen 4K TVs in each room, ranging from 55” to 75” inches
Each TV has a hardwired Roku device, connected to the fiber optic internet
Family room 4KTV is equipped with Sonos surround system

Power:
Home is equipped with a generator that will power the entire property in the event of a loss of power to Palmetto Bluff.
Generator runs off underground natural gas

Hot Water Heater
House is equipped with inline hot water heaters, with a loop system that will maintain on-demand hot water at each faucet/shower

Electric Vehicle Charger
Garage has a dedicated hookup for electric vehicle charging

Tidewater Pines enjoys a great location in Moreland Village and is located just 4 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around the fire pit. Exploring the Bluff is a breeze and the laidback lifestyle encourages being outdoors and healthy exercise. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to popular amenities around the resort. Inquire with our team about the availability of bikes and a golf cart during your stay.
